Will this work for a business my size?

Probably — if you run a service business where you know most of your clients by name, you have a small team, and the phone or WhatsApp is still how most people reach you. If that sounds like you, it is worth a call. We will tell you honestly whether it is the right fit.

Are you only in Cape Town?

The studio is in Cape Town, but we work with service businesses across South Africa. Most of the work happens by video call. We travel to Johannesburg, Durban, and Stellenbosch a few times a year.

What if I already have a website I'm happy with?

Then you do not need a rebuild — and we will not push one. Our WhatsApp Communication Systems are built exactly for this situation. Choose how deep to go: a professional WhatsApp setup from R 7,500, structured inquiry routing from R 11,000, or partial automation from R 16,000. None of them touch your existing design or your current developer relationship.

Do I need to change how my receptionist works?

Not at Tier 01. Your team handles everything exactly as they do now — the difference is that patients have a cleaner, faster way to start the conversation. At Tier 02 we add a bit of structure (a menu, a routing rule), and at Tier 03 the system handles repetitive questions automatically. We start where it makes sense and never add more change than you are ready for.

What happens after the 30 days?

Three options — all yours. You take over with the page, the documentation, and the access credentials. You continue on Presence Guard to keep the foundation healthy, or Presence Guard Plus to actively improve WhatsApp response and enquiry flow. There are no automatic renewals and no lock-in.

How much time does this take on my side?

Not much. After the first call we send a short brief — usually thirty minutes of your time to fill in. From there we handle the build and check in at a few key points for your sign-off. Most owners tell us the process felt quieter than they expected.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
