Who we are

Data-led from day one.

Sine Nzama is a data engineer who built his career designing systems that turn incomplete, messy information into something a business can act on — the measurement infrastructure, the analytics pipelines, the visibility layer that tells you what is actually happening rather than what you assume.

A pattern kept appearing in that work. The tools that large organisations used to understand their performance existed in exactly the same form for a dental practice or a law firm. Nobody had put them to work there. Most local practices were operating blind — and the fix was straightforward for someone who had spent years building these systems.

Will this work for a practice my size?

Probably — if you are an owner-operated practice doing roughly R 2m to R 30m a year, with real customers and a small team. The Presence Fix is designed specifically for that profile. If you are not sure, book a call. We will tell you honestly whether it is the right fit.

Are you only in Cape Town?

The studio is in Cape Town, but we work with practices across South Africa. Most of the work happens by video call. We travel to Johannesburg, Durban, and Stellenbosch a few times a year.

What if I already have a website or a marketer?

Common, and often fine. We can improve what is already there, work alongside an existing designer, or take over where someone left off. We start with what you have and build from evidence — not from a blank-page redesign instinct.

What happens after the 30 days?

Three options — all yours. You take over with the page, the documentation, and the access credentials. You continue on a monthly retainer. Or you commission the next phase. There are no automatic renewals and no lock-in.

How many clients do you take at once?

Two to three active setups at a time, plus our retainer clients. We keep the number small on purpose — it is the only way to do the work well and to actually pick up the phone when you call.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. We set up the right foundation — a faster, clearer site with better search signals and lead paths in place. Rankings follow good fundamentals over time. We will not promise you a specific position because no one can honestly do that.
